Villa Montaña Vista is a large beautiful new villa (finalised in December 2005), and located in the exclusive Montaña Roja development in Playa Blanca.
The villa boasts 4 large bedrooms, 2 doubles and 2 twins and 3 bathrooms, 1 ensuite, all furnished to a very high and comfortable standard. There is a large separate kitchen with all the latest appliances, and the spacious living room is comfortably furnished with large leather sofas, plus satellite TV, DVD and CD/stereo. There is even a separate dining room - perfect for hosting parties for friends and family.
Outside there is a large south-facing terrace with its own heated swimming pool - perfect for cooling down and chucking Dad in! The terrace is very well equipped with 6 sunbeds and comfy covers, plus a dining table and chairs. Sound good?? Well wait, there's more! There is an upstairs roof terrace offering probably some of the best views in Playa Blanca - simply stunning. It has been carefully designed with a wall around to prevent accidents and a couple of sunbeds plus chairs are available to really chill out.
For those who enjoy dining al fresco, there is also a large built in barbeque!
Villa Montaña Vista is special and capable of sleeping up to 9 people, this villa is perfect for large groups, 1 or 2 families, or even couples who like their space!
For guests staying longer than one week, there will be a thorough clean, including sheet and towel change, halfway through your stay.
