The Roundhouse is a beautifully appointed and well located detached villa, situated in the heart of the exclusive Las Coloradas development in Playa Blanca, the jewel of Lanzarote.
The villa is very light, airy and spacious. It features 3 large bedrooms – 1 double ensuite, 1 double and 1 children's room with bunk beds and 2 pull out singles. The ensuite bathroom is clean and modern with 2 separate sinks, loo and even a round Jacuzzi bath with shower. Additionally, the other bathroom features a bath with shower.
The kitchen is very well furnished with an excellent oven, hob, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave and coffee maker. There is also a washing machine and a large fridge freezer in the Solana.
The large open plan living/dining area provides guests with a large dining table for 6 people, and there are 2 leather sofas perfect for chilling out, watching the satellite TV/DVD or playing with the Sony PS2 video games.
Now for the best part, the outside. There is a small private terrace from the living room which features a large teak table plus 6 chairs – perfect for al fresco dining or enjoying the Barbie. There is a large heated swimming pool – just perfect for cooling off. The pool is surrounded by an attractive safety floor product making it an ideal and safe venue for people of all ages. There is a very large sun terrace which overlooks the pool – ideal for eating or sunbathing. The pool is nestled within a maturing garden, and to the back of the house there is an additional seating area for enjoying the last rays of the day. Effectively the villa has sun all day long.
The owners have put careful thought into the development of the villa, and quality radiates throughout. The property is safe, secure and not overlooked.
The villa is located only 10 minutes walk from the incredible Papagayo beaches. A car is recommended.
For guests staying longer than one week, there will be a thorough clean, including sheet and towel change, halfway through your stay.
