Villa Alita is owned by previous repeat guests of ours who loved Playa Blanca so much they decided to buy their own villa here. Now we have the pleasure of offering it to you for your holidays.
The villa is located in Puerto Rubicon and is a 5 min walk from the seafront promenade. Once on the promenade you can turn left and walk to Papagayo Beaches in 20 mins, right to walk to the Marina Rubicon in 10 mins and a further 5 mins to Playa Dorada beach.
The villa is on two floors. On ground level there is an open plan lounge diner which has patio doors to the poolside. The lounge has two comfortable sofas, TV with UK channels, DVD player with films and a selection of books.
The dining table seats up to 5 people and is close to the modern and fully fitted kitchen. The kitchen has fridge freezer, microwave, oven, hob and is fully equipped for cooking in. There is a utlity room with washing machine and drying rack, an iron with board is also provided.
There is a family bathroom groundfloor with shower over bath. Stairs lead you to the upper floor where you will find a spacious master bedroom with patio door to balcony area from which you have sea and mountain views. There is also a twin bedroom and a second family bathroom.
Outside you will love the private electrically heated pool which has a patio area with sun loungers and an outdoor dining table with chairs.
A BBQ is provided for cooking al-fresco and the nearest international supermarket is less than a 3 min walk away.
The taxi rank is opposite the supermarket and there is also a Spanish Cafe, a Spanish restaurant and a car hire office all on the same corner.
A welcome pack is included consisting of water, milk, tea, coffee, sugar and biscuits.
