Lanzarote

The local management company who will look after you during your stay is Freedom Properties SL. Their offices are located in the reception of Puerto Chico, next to the Punta Limones Commercial Centre, near to the harbour. Please do not hesitate to pop in if you need any help or advice - their staff are here to help you.

On arrival at your accommodation you will receive a welcome letter from us, informing you about the local area and facilities, along with an out of hours emergency number. A representative of Freedom Properties will visit you the day after your arrival to check all is well.

For guests staying longer than one week, there will be a thorough clean, including sheet and towel change, halfway through your stay.

In the event of damage or breakage in your accommodation, please contact Freedom Properties as soon as possible. Likewise, if you require local knowledge or require a hire car or taxi, contact the office.

The Costa Brava

The local management company who will look after you during your stay is Costa Brava Fincas SL. Their offices are located in the center of Platja d’Aro you’ll find the office on the Avenida Dr Fleming nr. 50. Please do not hesitate to pop in if you need any help or advice - their staff are here to help you.

On arrival at your accommodation you will receive a welcome letter from them, informing you about the local area and facilities, along with an out of hours emergency number. A representative of Costa Brava Fincas will visit you the day after your arrival to check all is well.

The property will be cleaned and prepared for your arrival. All cleaning requests throughout your stay can be confirmed directly with your representative from Costa Brava Fincas.
